Booth Setup, Brand Representation, and Team Survey


In July 2024, I had the opportunity to spearhead the design and execution of a comprehensive post-event survey for our participation in Cosmoprof North America. Our primary goal was to gather detailed feedback on various aspects of the event, including booth setup, brand representation, and overall team performance.

The survey was meticulously crafted to capture insights on several key areas:

  • Booth Setup: We started by evaluating the team's experience during the booth setup process, focusing on organization, communication, and challenges faced.

  • Event Experience: The survey included questions that assessed the overall experience at Cosmoprof, comparisons with other booths, and the effectiveness of our interactive activities.

  • Brand Representation: Given that we represented six distinct brands—LT Piver, MonPure, The Smilist, Martine de Richeville, Dead Sea Company, and Oryza Lab—we developed targeted questions to determine which brands garnered the most attention and how we could improve our brand presentations at future events.

The feedback collected through this survey provided invaluable insights that will inform our strategies for future events, ensuring that we continue to refine our approach and maximize our impact at industry showcases.
