I have been assisting We-Curate with in-depth audits for natural luxury brands from the UK that are seeking to enter the US market. Each audit is tailored to the brand’s needs, comparing its positioning, sales performance, in-store and online presence, and overall market readiness against well-established competitors in the US. The goal is to provide brands with strategic insights and actionable recommendations to optimize their market entry and success.
Beyond conducting these audits, I am developing a structured system to catalog all research findings. This system will later support an AI-powered search model that can intelligently match retailers with brands based on historical data, sales trends, and compatibility indicators. Additionally, I advise We-Curate on optimizing internal processes to improve service efficiency and scalability.
